A Different Kind of Therapy

I take a practical, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I use evidence-based methods like DBT, CBT, ACT, and polyvagal-informed work, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all process. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to you.

I help you slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and build tools that actually work in your real life. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, a difficult life transition, self-esteem struggles, or obsessive thought patterns, I focus on helping you feel more steady, clear, and grounded.

A Different Kind of Therapist

I didn’t become a therapist in my twenties—I came to this profession after a full career and a significant life pivot, bringing with me extensive experience in leadership, advocacy, and human systems. That lived context informs a grounded, pragmatic clinical style.

I understand, firsthand, the complexity of reinvention, the weight of long-standing patterns, and the nuance of change over time. My role is not just to guide—but to meet you with a level of depth, discernment, and lived understanding that accelerates recovery, healing, and growth.
