Therapy Intensive Options
Therapy Intensives are IMMERSIVE, deeply PERSONALIZED sessions that promote accelerated healing and are DESIGNED FOR WOMEN who are seeking therapy for depth, clarity, and meaningful change in a condensed timeframe.
Option A
One 3 or 4 hour block of time. Total time: 5 ½ or 6 ½ hours.
Investment: $1580 or $1875
Option B
Two 3 or 4 hour blocks of time. Total time: 8 ½ or 10 ½ hours.
Investment: $2450 or $3025
Each therapy intensive option includes a 90-minute pre-intensive session, a customized workbook, 3-8 hours of intensive therapy, and a 60-minute post-intensive session. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when you book your therapy intensive.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 2 weeks before your intensive day to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of your Intensive are billed at the full intensive rate, as this time is reserved specifically for you.
Refunds: Refunds cannot be provided once services have been completed.
Therapy Intensives are a thoughtful investment in your own well-being—a decision to give yourself the time, space, and attention that meaningful change often requires.
Each intensive includes a pre-intensive planning session, a personalized client workbook, 3 to 8 hours of focused therapeutic work, and a post-Intensive integration session. In total, this reflects approximately 6 to 12 hours of your therapist’s dedicated time, thoughtfully structured around your needs and goals.
Insurance is not accepted for therapy intensives. If you prefer to use insurance benefits, please consider connecting with an in-network provider for traditional weekly therapy sessions.

What Can a Therapy Intensive Do For You?
Interrupt behavior patterns. When anxious overthinking keeps returning week after week, and you want enough time in one setting to actually interrupt the cycle.
