My Rates for Weekly Sessions
Initial Consultation (15-20 mins.) - No charge
Initial Session (53-55 mins.) - $200
Subsequent Sessions (53-55 mins.) - $200
Insurance Accepted for Weekly Sessions
Currently, I accept the following insurances for weekly sessions: Aetna, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, and Kaiser Permanente.
Be sure to check with your insurance provider about your copay and deductibles. You can call the Member Benefits phone number on your card to be in the know about your mental health benefits.
Out of Network Clients
If you have a different insurance provider and wish to pay the regular rate, payment will be accepted at the time of services. All major credit cards are accepted.
Reimbursements - If you will not be using your insurance benefits, be sure to check with your insurance provider to see if they provide out-of-network benefits for mental health outpatient visits. A superbill can be provided to you for services rendered, which you can present to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please note that each insurance provider varies with regard to reimbursement for out-of-network mental health benefits.
Cancellation Policy for Weekly Sessions
Please provide 24 hours advanced notice if you need to cancel your weekly appointment. Clients cancelling within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will incur a $100 late cancellation fee. Please be aware that insurance companies do not cover late cancellation fees.
My Rates for Extended Sessions
Initial Consultation (30 mins.) - No charge
Option A - $1580 - $1875 (5 ½ - 6 ½ total session time)
Initial “Pre-Session” - 90 mins.
One 3-hour or 4-hour session
Follow Up / “Post Session” - 60 mins.
Individualized Workbook - designed to fit your specific needs
Option B - $2450 - $3025 (8 ½ - 10 ½ total session time)

Follow Up / “Post Session” - 60 mins.

Insurance is not accepted for extended sessions. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when you book your extended session. All major credit cards are accepted.
Package options are designed so that you receive the support, resources, and care you need to benefit from the extensive session experience. Therefore, services provided in each package option cannot be altered or reduced.
Cancellation Policy for Extended Sessions
If you need to cancel your extended session, please do so at least 2 weeks (14 days) in advance to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made within 2 weeks (14 days) of your scheduled extended session are billed at the full rate, as this time is reserved specifically for you.
Refunds - Refunds cannot be provided once services have been completed.

Each person’s growth and progress in therapy unfolds at their own pace, so there is no predetermined timeline for weekly sessions. Throughout the process, we will regularly reassess your progress and therapy goals to ensure our work together continues to support your needs and overall well-being.

For ongoing therapy, I strongly encourage weekly sessions. Research clearly shows that weekly sessions provide more growth and healing than biweekly sessions (or every other week). If weekly sessions do not work with your schedule, consider scheduling an extended session.

Extended sessions are offered as a premium service designed to provide a more personalized, in-depth therapeutic experience. Fees reflect the additional time, preparation, flexibility, and focused energy these sessions require, as well as the opportunity for more meaningful progress and lasting therapeutic impact.
