Providing Online Therapy Sessions & Online Therapy Intensives for California Residents

Who I Work With

I provide online therapy for adult women navigating anxiety, OCD, grief, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or emotionally exhausted despite appearing “fine” on the outside.

I specialize in supporting clients who are experiencing:

  • Anxiety that feels constant, intrusive, or difficult to control

  • OCD patterns including intrusive thoughts and compulsions

  • Grief and loss that feels complicated or lingering

  • Low self-esteem or persistent self-criticism

  • Burnout, overwhelm, or emotional depletion during life transitions

My approach integrates CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, and trauma-aware care to help you feel more grounded, clear, and emotionally steady.

When You’re Looking for Deeper or More Focused Work

For some people, the process of change feels like it is unfolding gradually over time. For others, there is a sense that something feels ready for more immediate attention—something that has been present for a long time, or feels particularly urgent right now.

In these moments, a more extended format can be supportive.

What Therapy Intensives Offer

Therapy intensives offer an opportunity to step out of the pace of weekly sessions and spend focused time with what is most present. This allows for a different kind of depth—one that is less interrupted, more continuous, and often more immersive in nature.

Rather than working across small segments of time, intensives create space for sustained attention. This can be especially helpful when patterns feel entrenched, when transitions feel particularly active, or when there is a desire to move beyond insight into more embodied change.

Therapy With A Different Rhythm

Intensives are not a separate process from therapy itself—they are a different rhythm of engagement with it.

The intention remains the same: greater clarity, steadiness, and a more grounded relationship with your internal experience.

For some, this format feels like a natural entry point. For others, it becomes something they integrate into ongoing work when deeper focus is needed.

Beginning Where You Are

There is no right way to begin.

Only what feels appropriate for where you are right now.

Informed by Clinical Research

Research shows that longer, more focused sessions can be very effective, especially for anxiety and OCD. Studies suggest that this kind of concentrated work can lead to meaningful improvement and more noticeable progress.

Therapy intensives are often helpful when things feel stuck, or when weekly therapy hasn’t been quite enough to create the kind of change you’re looking for.

Instead of working in small pieces over time, therapy intensives offers a longer, uninterrupted space to focus. This allows you to get closer to the patterns as they’re happening, rather than revisiting them in short increments week by week.

For some people, this kind of focused work creates a sense of movement that feels clearer and more direct.
